The "14th Five-Year Plan" clearly pointed out that the in-depth implementation of intelligent manufacturing and high-end manufacturing will enable key enterprises in key industries to initially achieve intelligent transformation by 2025; by 2035, key enterprises will basically achieve intelligent transformation. Among them, quality inspection is an essential and important part of high-end manufacturing. In the era of Industry 4.0 intelligence, that is, the era of using information technology to promote industrial transformation, machine vision is the eye of intelligent manufacturing. Machine vision equipment is a device that obtains the characteristic image of the detected object with the help of optical devices and non-contact sensors, and extracts information from the image through a computer, analyzes it, and then realizes detection and control. Machine vision capabilities include visual positioning, pattern recognition, dimensional measurement, and defect detection. As an extension of human vision, machine vision has multiple advantages such as high accuracy, fast speed, low cost, and easy information integration. It can replace manual high-intensity continuous and accurate operations in various production environments, greatly improving work efficiency and quality.
However, there are still many pain points in the development of the machine vision industry, which are mainly reflected in the following four aspects:
(1) Miscellaneous, that is, the object structure is complex and diverse, requiring multi-camera and multi-view motion detection;
(2) Expensive, that is, the hardware cost of 3D industrial cameras and moving parts is high, and they can only take pictures without functions;

Professor Liu Wei introduced the core technologies of the project team in detail from the perspectives of binocular vision technology, time-of-flight (TOF) vision technology, 3D structured light vision technology and confocal vision technology: (1) Optoelectronic integration of precision optical design industrial vision "probes" with multiple varieties and serialization; (2) next-generation ultra-high-speed industrial bus and FGPA ultra-high-speed interface protocol, the accuracy covers 1mm, 0.1mm, 0.01mm, 0.001mm; (3) artificial intelligence And the core algorithm engine of industrial software, including probe signal to 2D/3D signal recovery, multi-probe and multi-view intelligent splicing; functional algorithm integration, um-level defect identification, detection and positioning; .dwg/.stp drawing model analysis, no need for manual labor Code drawing engine, digital twin.
At the same time, combined with the actual project cases that have been delivered, Professor Liu Wei focused on sharing the project as a key link in Tesla's supply chain, the best in the online 3D position detection and online 3D flatness detection of automotive heat exchanger parts In practice, and as a supplier of global 5G communication main equipment manufacturers, customized output of 5G communication module 3D coplanarity testing equipment, etc. In the actual delivery process of the above major projects, a new mode of precision measurement in industrial vision has been truly achieved, that is, "eye-brain integration".
